Cost of Service

*Any excess portions of sessions beyond 45 minutes will be charge in 15 minute increments ** Telephone Consultation will be charged in 15 minute increments at the rate the caller would pay for an office visit. *** $150 Per each additional hour. **** All Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid late cancel fees.
